Annie Mae Autin Woods

Annie Mae Auten Woods, age 89, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Sunday, June 13, 2010 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Faith Methodist Church in Gastonia, N.C.. She is preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Clifford L. Woods, Sr.; sons, Craig and Gary Woods; granddaughter, Pamela Woods; great-grandson, Martin Woods; parents; Luther and Catherine Auten; sister and spouse, Rosalee and Shan Hoffman; sister-in-law:, Lois Auten. She is survived by her sons and spouses, David (Mary Ann) Woods, Clifford (Debra) Woods, Jr.; daughters and spouses, Sherry (Ralph) Messer, Judy (William) Bradley, Dana (Danny) Weston; daughter-in-law, Peggy Woods; sister, Edna Bell; brothers and spouses, Carl (Sue) Auten, Clyde Auten, Walter (Thelma) Auten; 16 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Carl Woods, Jr.; sisters-in-law, Juanita Woods, Hattie Smith and Betty Jean Cox; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 15, 2010 from Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Gary Norton, Reverend William Bradley and Reverend Ralph Messer officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. prior to the funeral services. Family and friends will gather 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service. The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Bill Ramsey and the staff at Jefferson Memorial Hospital, Jefferson City Health and Rehab Center and all their staff; caregivers, Donna Miles, Karin Ryan, and Kristine Van Slyke.
