Anna Fortney Kidwell

ANNA FORTNEY KIDWELL, age 90, of Dandridge, TN passed away Wednesday evening, June 20, 2007 at the Jefferson County Nursing Home. She was a member of the Magna View Baptist Church and had been a resident of Jefferson County since 1972, after moving here from Manassas, VA. A beloved mother and grandmother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond E. Kidwell, Sr., (1986) and granddaughter, Patricia Ann Gallihugh. She is survived by her children, Doris (Paul) Stokley, Raymond "Buddy" (Shelia) Kidwell, Jr., and Ruth Ann (Robert) Diehr; 13 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Shirley Fortney and Catherine Kidwell. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, June 23, 2007 at the Farrar Dandridge Chapel. Interment graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
