She was a member of Piedmont Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, William Herman French and son-in-law, Donald Dean. She is survived by daughters, Teresa Lytle of Morristown, TN and Glenda Dean of New Market; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren; brother, Orvel Reed of White Pine, TN. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Monday, December 3, 2007 at the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Pastor Bob Neal officiating. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at Piedmont Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
