Anna Rhea Evans

ANNA RHEA EVANS, age 74, of Dandridge, TN passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center. She was a member of the former Christ Temple A.M.E. Zion Church and also attended services at Bethel Presbytrian Church, both in Dandridge. She is preceded n death by her parents; husband, Joseph Evans; son, Gregory Evans; and grandchildren, Gregory Marquis Kyle and William Evans; brother, Joe Mayes. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Teresa Evans; sons, Michael Evans, Terry (Sandra) Evans, and Oscar (Roseanna) Garcia; daughter-in-law, Sarah Evans; nineteen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; sister, Lula Ballinger; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. The family would like to express a special thank you to Lisa Branner, Anthony Hollifield, Jamye Ray and Darlene Haney. Homegoing service will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.in Farrar Funeral Home in Dandridge with Rev. Mike Branner officiating. Family will receiv e friends from 6"00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. Graveside interment service will be Sunday, July 15, 2012 at 12:00 noon in Flatwoods Cemetery.
