She was born July 6, 1914 in White Pine, TN to James Luther (Lute) Harrison and Johnnie McNabb Harrison. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Eliza Jane Harrison, Virginia Harrison and Peggy Lynn Harrison. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of White Pine. She was employed for many years as office manager at Praters in Morristown. Survived by cousins, Anne Harrison Taylor and husband, Joe Taylor of Morristown, Janet Rhodes Porter and husband Judge Kenneth Porter of Newport, Mrs. Sam Jack of Knoxville; and several other cousins. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 29, 2007 at Farrar Funeral Home in White Pine with Reverend Greg Cartwright officiating. Burial will follow in White Pine Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
