She was a member of Kodak Eastern Star # 460 and was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by son, Jerry Bea Tipton, Jr.; parents, William and Lillie (Smith) Conner and three brothers. She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Jerry Bea Tipton, Sr.; daughter, Lisa Tipton of Dandridge; son, Michael Tipton of Dandridge; grandchildren, Spencer Merritt, Emilee Merritt, Devin Tipton, and Amber Tipton; brothers and sisters-in-law, Leroy and Ruby Conner of Florida, Wayne and June Conner of Knoxville, Charles and Betty Conner of Nashville, Jake and Jean Conner of Knoxville, Frank and Barbara Conner of Knoxville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara and George Allen of Knoxville, Brenda and Ken Siler of Knoxville; sister-in-law, Pat Conner of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Saturday, January 20, 2007 at the Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Eddie Myers officiating. Family and friends will gather at 1:45 p.m. Sunday, January 21, 2007 at Hillcrest Cemetery for a 2:00 p.m. graveside interment service. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
