Anita Renee Ball

ANITA RENEE MARTIN BALL, age 52 of Oxford, AL passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2020. She was born March 16, 1968. in White Pine, TN and spent most of her life in and around Dandridge and White Pine, TN. She loved to read, watch T.V. and was incredibly good at painting pictures and writing poems. Anita was an exceptionally talented person but only a few people knew of her talents. Anita was a wonderful daughter, mother, and grammy and will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Martin; grandparents, Lon (Big Bert) and Gladys Cody and Wirt and Pearl Martin. Anita is survived by her daughter, Crystal Martin of Oxford, AL; son, James Stepp of Morristown, TN; brother, Anthony Martin of Oxford, AL; grandson, Matthew Shane Martin; mother, Carolyn Cody; step dad, Dale Held all of Oxford, AL; step brother, Jene Michael Held and step sister, Ruth Hyatt both of Ohio. Special friends, Janie Martin, Marty Sherrod and her little dog, Daisy. Several cousins and lots of friends. Graveside funeral services will be held, Monday, October 12, 2020, 1:00pm at Hillcrest Cemetery with Pastor Vaughn Burgin officiating.
