ANGELA RENE LANE, age 61, of Cordova, TN passed away on March 9, 20224 in Germantown, TN. She was born on July 14, 1962 in Knoxville, TN to the late Woodlyn Lockhart and David Lockhart. She was of the Methodist faith. Angela is survived by her father, David Lockhart; and her sister, Alise Harris. Angela pursued higher education and achieved a Masters in Education from Tusculum Collete. She dedicated her career to teaching, impacting the lives of many students throughout her years. In her leisure time, Angela enjoyed her hobby of reading and caring for cats, finding joy and comfort in their companionship. May Angela Rene Lane be remembered for her passion for teaching, her loving friendships, and her love for cats. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Asbury Cemetery in Knoxville, TN. No formal visitation will be held, but family will visit with everyone following the service.
