Amber Lynn Skinner, 28, born in Olean, New York, on July 4th, 1994 passed away unexpectedly March 16, 2023 at Morristown Hamblen Hospital from a fatal asthma attack.
She was predeceased by her grandfathers, Ralph Skinner and Carl Stiles. Amber is survived by her Father, Mark (Maybel) Skinner and her Mother, Carissa (Michael) Franklin. Also surviving is her Fiancé, Dylan Campbell, Mother-in-law, Amanda Campbell. Grandparents, Nancy Stiles, Nancy Ferrio, Deborah Skinner, Chip (Linda) Hale, and Edith (Mitchell) Franklin. Sisters, Aubrey Skinner, Elyssa Franklin. Brothers, Josh Skinner, Hunter Franklin, Shawn Winstead, 3 nieces, 1 nephew and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Amber loved her family, friends and her 3 fur babies Sparx, Chez and Kehlani. She was a creative soul and artist. She loved to draw, paint and create her own artwork. Amber also enjoyed traveling with her Fiancé Dylan to music festivals. Amber had a big heart and will be living on through all of us that were so lucky to be a part of her life. Even in the afterlife she is still making an impact on others by heroically donating the gift of life to several organ recipients. Until we meet again in the Lost Lands.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, 7:00pm in the chapel of Farrar Funeral Home, White Pine with Pastor Lee Gulley officiating. Family will receive friends from 5-7:00pm prior to the service in the chapel.
