ALTON WOLLARD ?GROUCHO?, age 83, of Talbott, TN, born March 22, 1927, passed away on Monday, March 22, 2010. Alton retired from Lear Seigler Corporation in 1989.Preceded in death by his wife, Bertie Wollard; parents, Racheal and William Woolard; great-granddaughter, Racheal Bradley; brothers, Earl, Frank, Coy, Author and Horace Woolard; sisters, Violet Woolard, Lilly Beeler, Omy and Vonda Mae. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Margie and Harold Woods; son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and Ella Wollard; grandchildren, Teresa Heatherly, Ray (Christy) Woods, Leesha Bradley, Casey (Tiffany) Wollard, Christopher (fiancé Rachal) Wollard; great-grandchildren, Sam (Jessica) Owens, Izaac Owens, Justin Robinson, Kyle Woods, Jessie Robinson, Cory Woods, Tyler Bradley, Trenton and Katie Wollard; great-great-granddaughter, Sarah Owens; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Ruth Walker, Joann and Bill Parker, Bonnie Looney and Luria Eller; several nieces and nephews. The family wishes to give a special thank you to restaurants, Shoney?s in Dandirdge, Lisa?s in Jefferson City and Hannah?s in White Pine. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Rev. T. H. Ferrell officiating. Family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will gather at Community Chapel Cemetery on Thursday for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
