She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel Sebastin and Abigail Creech Winstead; husband Vaughn Lee Fisher, Sr.; sister, Rubye Calfee; brothers, Charles, Robert, William and Daniel Winstead. Member of White Pine Baptist Church since 1950 and previous to that a member of Nina Baptist Church. She was a member of Jefferson County Chapter OES # 41 and the White Pine Senior Citizens. Survived by sons, Dr. Vaughn L. Fisher, Jr. and wife, Terry Mayes Fisher of Bowling Green, KY, Charles Daniel Fisher and wife, Peggy of Knoxville, TN; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren; several other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 30, 2004 at the First Baptist Church of White Pine with Reverend Jerry DeZearn and Reverend Chris Bell officiating. Interment will follow in White Pine Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 29, 2004 at Farrar Funeral Home in White Pine. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to the First Baptist Church of White Pine, 1809 Maple Street, White Pine, TN 37890.
