Alma Kathleen Turnbill Hall

ALMA KATHLEN TURNBILL HALL, one of God's angels, went to be with her heavenly father on October 29, 2007 at her home surrounded by her family. She was a 1933 graduate of Greeneville High School. Preceded in death by her parents, James and Emma Addie Longmire Turnbill and son-in-law, Gene Davis. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Albert Hall; sons, James (Meg), Mark (Karen), and Jay (Connie); daughters, Joyce Shipley, Jewell (Richard) Norton, Jeanette (Larry) Stanley and Juanita Davis; ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildrea; and one great-great grandchild; special friends, Mack Johnson, Jimmy Collins and Tina Reece. The family would like to thank Smoky Mountain Health and Hospice for their kindness and special care and would also like to thank all their friends for their prayers. Funeral services will be 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 31, 2007 from the Farrar White Pine Chapel with Reverend Ed Frazier officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Family and friends will gather at 12:00 noon on Thursday, November 1, 2007 to proceed to Flat Gap Cemetery for a 1:00 p.m. graveside interment service.
