Alexandria Kaye Swindle

Alexandria Kaye Swindle was born on October 6, 2014, and was given her angel wings on October 12, 2014. During her 6 days, 4 hours and 22 minutes here on Earth she was loved deeply by family and friends and she reminded us that miracles do happen. Alex’s life is one to be celebrated. Although she passed too soon, her hands are forever imprinted on our hearts. Alex taught us to love what we have when we have it because time is measured. She taught us to hold on tight — and to let go. Alex is survived by her loving parents, Chris and Jennifer Swindle; brother, William Milligan Swindle; grandparents Mitch and Pam Swindle, Ginger Milligan, and Leslie Milligan; uncles and aunts Mark Swindle (Wendy), John Milligan (Lisa), Katherine Dodson (John) and Ozzy Milligan; and many adoring cousins. A special thank you to the caregivers at UT Hospital, too numerous to mention, who provided Alex with love and dignity in her life and also in her death. A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, October 18, 2014, at 10:00 am at Highland Memorial Cemetery, 4401 Southerland Drive, Knoxville, Tennessee with Clifton Huffmaster officiating.
