OBITUARY:
ALBERT H. ?BUD? DENZEL, age 83 of Baneberry, TN passed away Wednesday evening, October 12, 2005 at Jefferson City Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Morristown and a veteran of World War II, having served with the 1536th Army Air Force Unit. He was a retired computer analyst with Cyba-Geigy Pharmaceutical Company of Ardsley, NY. Mr. Denzel retired to Baneberry in 1984, where he became very active and respected in the community, having served on the City Council, Planning Commission and as Vice-Mayor. He was a well loved friend and father. Preceded in death by his wife, Myrtle E. Denzel in 1989. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Nicholson Denzel of Baneberry; daughters, Lauren Tew of Baneberry and Andrea Cartwright of White Pine; grandchildren, Clint Cartwright, Dylan, Holly, and Lonnie Tew, Elijah Willis; niece, Debbie Beneduce of North Carolina; step-children, Kim Sexton and Mike Nicholson and several step grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Friday evening, October 14, 2005 from the Farrar White Pine Chapel with Reverend Charles Harkleroad officiating. Family and friends will gather at Graham?s Cemetery on Saturday morning, October 15, 2005 for a 10:00 a.m. graveside interment service with full military honors. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Adventa Hospice or Smoky Mountain Hospice.
