Agnes Elizabeth Beason Lawson

AGNES ELIZABETH BEASON LAWSON, age 81, of Strawberry Plains, TN took her flight to heaven on October 27, 2023. She was a very strong, hard working woman who was loved by many. She loved and cherished her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was a member of Strawberry Plains Baptist Church.  Preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Frances Wood Beason; sisters, Catherine Beason Lusk and husband, J. W., Joyce Beason Smith and Mary Beason Langston. She is survived by her daughter, Tanya Lawson; son, Todd Lawson (Jill Turner Lawson); grandchildren, Jordan Lawson (Shell), Hannah Martin, Trai Lawson (Savannah); great-grandchildren, Stanton, Archer and Alice Martin, Madison and Juliette Lawson, and Marlow Lawson; very special friend, Donald Duck; brother, Roger Beason (Natalie); brothers-in-law, David Smith and James Langston; and several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. Friday, November 3, 2023 at Farrar Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 6:00 p.m. with Rev. Tony Hayes officiating and memories by James Langston and Hannah Martin. Family and friends will gather at 12:45 p.m. Saturday at Strawberry Plains Cemetery for a 1:00 p.m. graveside interment service.
