He was born August 24, 1918 to the late Johnnie and Millie Katherine Lee. Preceded in death by is first wife, Martha Kitchen Lee and son, Arthur Paul Lee. He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Ada Lee; sons and daughters-in-law, Johnny and Ann of Chicago, IL, Gary and Carol Kilgore of Monroe, NC; daughters and sons-in-law, Sue and James Payte of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Betty Steele of Williamson, WV, Shirley and Donald Ray of Morristown, TN, Glenda and Herman Jones of Huntsville, Alabama; 14 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. Sunday, July 3, 2005 at Farrar Funeral Home. The body will be moved to Chafin Funeral Home in Delbarton, West Virginia, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 5, 2005. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2006 at the Chafin Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mitchell Bias officiating.
